Around three years ago, Christian Health Care Center in New Jersey needed a way to be more efficient. Using HCS’ Interactant helped streamline processes, says Jennifer D’Angelo, vice president, Information Services/Information Security Officer. The system uses accounts receivable, physician billing, accounts payable, general ledger, fixed assets, materials management, e-purchasing, inventory tracking, resident supply tracking, and leadership dashboard management modules for all long-term care programs, she says.
“We’ve developed a true partnership and continuously make enhancements for our diverse initiatives,” she says. “We analyze our data via the dashboard, making critical decisions based on real-time analytics.”
