Tom’s focus includes the company’s long-term vision and strategy, while executing the Board of Directors’ plan of business objectives and growth. Under his leadership, HCS has experienced dramatic market share and employee growth, while becoming a leader in the post-acute and behavioral healthcare information system markets.

Darren joined HCS in 1990 and currently serves as the company’s Chief Technology Officer. Darren’s focus includes incorporating the latest technologies into the HCS Interactant platform, driving future product development, and leading the support services department to meet the ever-changing needs of HCS customers.

Karen joined HCS in 1988 and currently serves as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Karen’s focus includes financial planning and reporting, corporate strategy, operations, and securing talent to position the company for short-term and long-term growth.

Carrie joined HCS in 2001 and currently serves as the company’s Executive Vice President of Clinical Informatics. Carrie’s focus includes design direction of clinical product development, regulatory guidance, education services, customer training and implementation success.

Tom joined HCS in 2013 and currently serves as the company’s Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Tom’s focus includes driving company revenue growth, increasing awareness for the HCS and Interactant brands, achieving customer utilization and satisfaction, and establishing strategic partnerships.
