As an organizational member of HL7, HCS supports a variety of interfaces utilizing HL7 standards. HCS recognizes the importance of open systems technology and specializes in integrating departmental solutions from third parties such as laboratories and cost accounting systems which utilize HL7 formats to the INTERACTANT System.

Using HL7 and the IBM eServer i5 operating system with its built-in openness, we are able to interface to any system. Successful implementation of standards allows for efficient communication between the many systems used within the organization.
