HCS INTERACTANT

Farmingdale, NJ (January 2002) - Health Care Software, Inc. (HCS) is pleased to announce its recent contract signing with Kessler Rehabilitation Corporation, West Orange, NJ. Kessler Rehabilitation Corporation will implement HCS INTERACTANT at its outpatient Rehabilitation facilities throughout the United States.

HCS INTERACTANT combines application functionality with the scalability of the IBM DB2 Universal Database and the eServer iSeries platform. With INTERACTANT, Kessler Rehabilitation Corporation gains a powerful enterprise information system that streamlines billing, accounts receivable and operational reporting. INTERACTANT will improve facility workflow and provide real-time access to comprehensive financial information for the entire corporation.

Kessler Rehabilitation Corporation chose INTERACTANT for the ability to run a single centralized database from its central billing office. "This system will allow us to consolidate our current outpatient billings systems," states Robert Malik, Kessler Rehabilitation Corporation's Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer.
