ARMDS Selects Group HCS INTERACTANT

Farmingdale, NJ (August 2000) - Health Care Software, Inc. (HCS), is pleased to announce its recent contract signing with Accounts Receivable Management and Data Services (ARMDS) of Clifton, NJ.

HCS will be providing ARMDS with the following INTERACTANT System Applications: Patient Registration, Patient Accounting, Medical Records and Charity Care.

ARMDS provides management, billing and consulting services to hospitals and physician groups in the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut tri-state area. The company is experienced in hospital financial management, education consulting, information systems, health policy, patient accounting, Medicaid and New Jersey charity care programs.

HCS has been exclusively dedicated to information technology for healthcare providers since 1969. HCS' product, INTERACTANT, is a series of integrated clinical and financial applications designed for the continuum of care.
